최근 이란에 취항하고 있는 다수의 선사에서는 5월 8일 포괄적 공동 행동계획 탈퇴에 따른 미국의 이란재재에 따라

운송서비스를 당분간 진행하지 않을 것을 통보하였습니다. 정치적인 국제정세에 따라 민간에도 피해로 다가올 것으로

예상되며 산업군 / 품목별로 각 각 90일과 180일로 유예기간을 두어 다수의 활동이 금지 될 예정입니다.

 180일의 유예기간에 포함 된 이란 항만운영 회사 및 해상 운송업 및 조선 관련산업의 문제에 따라서 국적선사의 입출항에도

많은 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상됩니다. 이미 국적선사 중 고려해운을 포함한 다수의 선사는 이란향 화물을 받지 않고 있으며

이에 따라 긴급하게 수출을 준비 중이 수출 고객분께는 매우 중대한 어려움이 되고 있습니다.

On May 8, 2018, the President announced his decision to cease the United States’ participation in the Joint Comprehensive

Plan  of Action (JCPOA), and to begin re-imposing, following a wind-down period, the U.S. nuclear-related sanctions that

were lifted  to effectuate the JCPOA sanctions relief. In conjunction with this announcement, the President issued a National

Security Presidential Memorandum (NSPM) directing the Secretary of State and the Secretary of the Treasury to prepare

immediately for the re-imposition of all of the U.S. sanctions lifted or waived in connection with the JCPOA, to be accomplished

as expeditiously as possible and in no case later than 180 days from the date of the NSPM.

 특히 올해 11월 4일 종료되는 180일 간의 유예기간이 종료되면 미국 정부는 다음의 활동과 관련 된 모든 서비스에 대한

제재를 다시 Joint Comprehensive Plan  of Action (JCPOA)에 따라 시작할 예정입니다.

 -  ​NIOC 등을 포함한 이란의 석유, 화학제품 제조사와의 금지
